- Digital Goods: Badges are virtual digital items. Because they are delivered instantly upon purchase and trigger a live notification to the receiver, all sales are final and non-refundable unless there is a proven technical error in delivery.
- Quiz Expiration: Please note that user quizzes expire and are deleted from our database after 30 days of inactivity. Any badges attached to that quiz will be deleted alongside it.
