I know technology can sometimes be tricky! Because I run this entire site by myself, I get a lot of messages. To help you get an answer instantly, please check this quick troubleshooting table before you drop me a line. 95% of questions are answered right here:

| Lost your quiz link? | Because we do not use accounts or passwords to keep you anonymous, old links cannot be recovered. Please create a brand new quiz! |
| Who answered my quiz? | For privacy reasons, players type their own names. We cannot track IP addresses or tell you exactly who took your quiz. |
| Badge Shop & Payments? | Did you buy a badge for a friend and it didn’t show up? Please include your Paddle Transaction ID in your email so I can fix it immediately. |
| How do I delete my quiz? | Go to your personal Quiz Dashboard link. Scroll to the bottom and click the red Delete Your Quiz button to wipe your data permanently. |
| Someone is spamming me? | If someone is using fake names or being mean on your leaderboard, delete your quiz immediately and create a new link to share with trusted friends. Your well-being is important! |
🔕 How to Stop Push Notifications
If you opted in to receive notifications when someone takes your quiz and you want to turn them off, it is super easy. It is not rocket science!
- Tap the padlock icon (🔒) next to the URL in your browser’s address bar.
- Click on Site Settings or Permissions.
- Find “Notifications” and change it to Block or Disable.
